Today, May 28, 2020, beloved Disney Channel star Cameron Boyce will be celebrating his 21st birthday and fans from around the world are taking to Twitter to send their wishes and pay a special tribute in his memory.
Cameron Boyce's friends and family are honoring the late actor on what would be the best way for his 21st birthday, they know how - to give him back.
Born in 1999, Cameron Boyce won the hearts of Disney Channel viewers by playing the role of Luke Ross on the hit show Jessie. He will play the son of Disney villain Cruella Devil in the Disney Channel original film The Descendants. His acting also crossed the Disney studios and starred in the hit comedy, Grownup, alongside Adam Sandler. Fans will always remember when he died on 7 July 2019 from an ongoing medical condition.
Boyce, who died in July 2019, turned 21 on Thursday. To pay tribute to Boyce's legacy on the Milestone date, the Cameron Boyce Foundation has launched a new T-shirt campaign for the actor's anti-gun violence initiative, Fielding Peace, in conjunction with his former descendant Kovar Dove Cameron.
The limited-edition Dowe x Welding Peace Collection includes T-shirts embroidered with Cameron's tattoo, a gun with barrel-fired flowers, which he received earlier this year in honor of Boyce's fielding peace campaign.
Fans and co-stars remembered Cameron as having a heart of gold. His charm and charisma was matched only by his kindness and warmth. He was never afraid to stand up for what he believed in, and he challenged others to do the same.
