The Oppo A15 is a notched display with a thick chin, triple rear camera setup and fingerprint scanner on the back. The company has been teasing the specifications of the Oppo A15 through Amazon prior to launch, but recently a known tipster has also shared important specifications for the phone.

Oppo will launch a new budget smartphone in India tomorrow. Called the A15, the smartphone will be available online through Amazon India. Prior to the official launch, Oppo has already revealed some key features of the A15.
According to a listing on Amazon India, the Oppo A15 comes with three rear cameras with a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone is confirmed to come with a 6.52-inch water drop screen. Oppo says the phone offers an AI brightness feature that "learns your preferences and automatically adjusts brightness." On the back, the phone has a dedicated fingerprint sensor.

Last week, a known tipster shared that the Oppo A15 will run on Android 10-based ColorOS 7.2. It will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and have 3GB of RAM. The phone may come with 32GB of onboard storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB). On the front, the Oppo A15 is said to feature a 5-megapixel camera sensor and the battery capacity is tipped to be 4,230mAh. In terms of dimensions, the phone is said to measure 164x75x8mm and weigh about 175 grams.
The Amazon page shows the Oppo A15 in a blue colour variant that will presumably be one of the colours it will be available in. Also, the rumoured 3GB + 32GB configuration is expected to be one of the options for the phone. It has a square camera module on the back and seems to feature a 3.5mm headphone jack. Although the company has not shared pricing for the Oppo A15, judging by the specifications, it will likely be an entry level/ budget friendly phone.
Said that, Oppo A15 is rumored to come with MediaTek Helio P35 processor which is coupled with 3GB of RAM. The phone has 32 GB built-in storage. It also has microSD card support for expandable storage. There is a possibility of launching many RAM and storage variants of Oppo phones. The smartphone will run Android 10-based ColorOS 7.2 out-of-the-box. The 4,230mAh battery will power the smartphone.
The latest smartphone from Oppo is likely to be a part of the upcoming Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale. The online sale is scheduled to begin on October 17. During the sale, Amazon is offering large discounts on products in categories. Prime customers will get early access to the sale tomorrow.
