Former AOA member Mina rushed to hospital after a possible suicide attempt
Mina was rushed to the nearest emergency room after her ominous Instagram post revealing self-harm.
Her current label Woori Actors told media outlets on August 8th, "Kwon Mina has been transported to the nearest emergency room. She is alive and currently receiving appropriate care from the hospital."
Woori Actors has issued a response to Mina’s concerning post on Instagram.
Shortly after the post, a source from the agency stated, “After we saw Kwon Mina’s social media post, we first contacted the police and emergency services. The ambulance is at her house right now and they are opening the door as we speak. The agency staff are also on the way to her house. We don’t know anything about her exact condition right now.”
In the latest update, the agency started to TV Daily, “Kwon Mina is currently receiving treatment at the hospital. Her life is not in danger at the moment. There is no need to worry.”

Around 10 p.m. KST on August 8, Mina shared a photo of her cut wrist and shared the following post.
Fans expressed their concern for Mina after the post was uploaded, and her current agency Woori Actors reassured fans saying, “Mina is in good health currently. She’s resting at home after being discharged from the hospital.”
Later in the day, she shared another Instagram post to clarify her earlier post and answer questions she received.
As previously reported, the label contacted the police after Mina posted an image of self-harm and a message calling out Jimin, Seolhyun, and FNC Entertainment CEO Han Sung Ho.
